Cybershack TV Host Bio - Ally Pinnock

Born and raised in the biggest country town in NSW - Wagga Wagga - 'The city of good sports!' Ally has always known she was destined to play a role in TV. Whether it be in front of the camera as an actor or presenter, or behind the scenes working story boards or getting her hands dirty on the production side of things. Her enthusiasm and energy; resourcefulness and quick thinking, have made her an asset on many a set.

"I studied Graphic Design for three years in good old Wagga Wagga, where I was born, and upon graduating, moved to Melbourne to work for a company, designing toys and packaging for gadgets, such as retractable USB cords, head phones, pocket calculators, iPod covers, Digital clock/ magic markers.... you name it, we packaged it! ( and I sampled all their finery! ) "

Since then Ally has weaved her way through the underground and out into the mainstream through humble beginnings. Making her start in modelling, she soon turned to acting in small plays and short films, rapidly forging her way into community TV where she found her niche on the cult hit NOISE TV on Melbourne's Channel 31.

A string of commercial acting roles including ads for LG and Samsung followed; with featured roles in music videos and appearances in Australian TV movies soon after. Last year saw Ally hand picked as the co-host for 3 Mobile's "Cricket TV" sharing the mic and delivering the state of play alongside Aussie legend Darren Lehmann throughout the '07/'08 cricket season.

Ally's hobbies include: writing her own hip-hop-esque tunes, photography, live music and pumpin' it out on her push bike.

This year Ally will bring her love all things gadgets and games and her TV ambitions to fruition as she jumps on board at CyberShack TV as our new host.
